Q: What  are the exchange conditions?

A: Our policy all sales final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we do offer exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to  exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
