Q: What happens if no one is at home?  

A: Do not worry, your items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough, otherwise your package will be left pending in your local post office where you can collect it

Q: Do we have a tracking number?  

A: Yes!  Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. 

Q: What  are the refund conditions?

A:  Our policy lasts a day from receiving order. If a day have gone by since receiving  purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a restocking fee of 30%.
