 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS 

 Thank you for shopping at Miamilinkup.com. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any purchases made on our website. This includes, but is not limited to:

 · Change of mind or personal preference.

 · Incorrect size or color selection (please check sizing guides carefully).

 · Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. 

· Orders that have been shipped or are processing at our facility. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed and is processing for shipment.

 By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. 


 2. EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT (CONDITIONAL) 

 While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to quality and will offer an exchange for store credit in the following specific situations: 

 · The item you received has a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole, broken seam, faulty zipper). 

· The item is the incorrect size and you need to exchange it for a different size (subject to availability). 


 3. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY & PROCESS

 To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet all of the following conditions: 

 · Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within two (2) days of receiving your order. 

· Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. 

· Proof: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 


 4. Return Cost

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due in error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We will provide a return address after the request is confirmed by the Miami LinkUp Customer Specialist team. Please contact our customer service team before returning any product. For further information, please refer to our Term and Conditions


 How to Initiate an Exchange:

 1. Contact Us: Within 2 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] to request an exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

2. Ship Item: Ship your eligible item to us at your own cost at the following address. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange for store credit. The credit will be for the value of the item(s) only and will not include the original or return shipping costs. 

 4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

 International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees. To prevent customs charges upon return, please clearly mark the package as "EXCHANGED GOODS" on the customs declaration form. We are not responsible for any return custom charges. 

 5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will provide instructions for a replacement or exchange.
