EXCHANGE POLICIES
Our policy all sales final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we do offer exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
International Exchange
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:
- Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one.
- Ensure your exchange is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
- Please mark 'Exchange Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Exchange Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
- Enclose the completed Exchange form with your goods, and return to our website following address.
Exchange Terms and Guidelines
- All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the exchange shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all exchange items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If exchanging footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the exchange being refused.
- Please make sure all exchange packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If exchange an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'EXCHANGED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. END. is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the exchange form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your exchange not being processed.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NO CANCELLATIONS/ MODIFICATIONS/ REFUNDS of order while placed in shipping facility.
Please note that orders may be delayed in sale/holiday periods or due to stock availability. If any item(s) in your order are out of stock at the time your order is processed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those item(s).
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
