Are you sure it’s late? Please double check that you have chosen the order cut-off times and the date we said it will be delivered. You can check the delivery times here. If it’s before the suggested shipping date and you’ve received your shipping email, then it’s on its way. Your ship date must be passed so that we can locate your order. On rare occasions, we run into a bump in the road. If your shipping date has passed, please contact us by going to the “Contact Us” tab on this page and have your order number ready.
If you have placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we’re sorry. This is usually because the stock was not in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation and refund email via the original payment method used. Refund can take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.
As soon as you place your order, we’re there – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means that we won’t be able to make any changes as they are already being processed in the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You must place another order or return any unwanted item.
We are very sorry to hear that you have received an item which is not in perfect condition. In order for us to resolve this issue for you, please go to our Contact Us section .
To help us resolve this issue as soon as possible, when you first contact us, please include the following information;
- -Order number
- -Name and code of the product
- -Image of the defect
- -Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
If you contact us through the “ Contact Us ”, please prepare an image of the defective item when you receive a response as you will not be able to attach the image on the form yet.
